A former athlete and lifelong advocate for youth development, David built Blueprint Sports Foundation on the conviction that sport and education are the most powerful tools available for transforming the lives of at-risk young people.

With decades of experience in business and community leadership in San Antonio, David has dedicated this chapter of his life to ensuring that the city's most underserved children have access to the mentoring, athletic programs, academic support, and college preparation they need to build extraordinary lives.

In addition to leading the Foundation, David is the creator of Blueprint Icons Awards — the first-ever national awards show dedicated exclusively to high school student-athletes — which serves as the Foundation's flagship celebration of youth excellence.

Amber Glasco serves as Treasurer of Blueprint Sports Foundation Corporation, overseeing the financial stewardship and accountability of the organization.

Her commitment to the Foundation's mission ensures that every dollar contributed by donors and sponsors is directed with integrity and purpose toward the programs that serve San Antonio's youth.

David Glasco II serves as Secretary of Blueprint Sports Foundation Corporation, supporting the governance, record-keeping, and operational coordination of the organization.
