Blueprint Sports Foundation is dedicated to providing underprivileged and at-risk youth in San Antonio with the opportunities, resources, and support they need to excel in both athletics and academics — and more importantly, in life.
We believe that every child, regardless of their zip code, their circumstances, or the obstacles standing in their way, deserves a fair shot at a meaningful future. We exist to be that shot.
Through our flagship program Scholars of Life, we deliver a comprehensive array of sports and academic services designed to develop the whole child — not just the athlete, not just the student, but the human being.
We address the barriers that keep at-risk youth from reaching their potential, and we replace those barriers with opportunity, mentorship, and belief.
Our goal is straightforward: increase life skills. Build self-esteem. Develop healthy lifestyles through sports participation. Provide academic support. And prepare every young person we serve for the college and career opportunities that await them on the other side of their hard work.
Through the delivery of these programs, Blueprint Sports Foundation aims to create a positive, measurable impact on the San Antonio community — reducing absenteeism in schools, strengthening family stability, and helping our city's most vulnerable children better prepare for the opportunities that life has to offer.
How We Serve
Four Pillars of Service
Athletics
We reduce barriers to participation by creating an initiative that makes sense for athletes, families, schools, and coaches simultaneously. We integrate school and community-based sports activities into a seamless program that uses the power of sport to build discipline, teamwork, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Academics
We address the educational needs of at-risk youth head-on. Through structured tutoring and academic coaching, we help our students stay in school, stay on track, and close the gaps that put their futures at risk. We do not accept the narrative that underserved children cannot achieve academic excellence. We simply provide the support that makes it possible.
Life Skills & Counseling
Athletics and academics alone are not enough. We provide counseling, personal development support, and life skills training that equips young people to navigate the real challenges of growing up in at-risk environments — building the emotional intelligence, communication skills, accountability, and resilience that no classroom can teach alone.
College Preparation
We prepare every student we serve for what comes next. From college entrance requirements and scholarship applications to financial aid navigation and campus visits, we ensure that the young people in our programs are not just dreaming about college — they are ready for it.
Our Flagship Program
Scholars of Life
Scholars of Life is the foundation on which every Blueprint Sports Foundation program is built.
It is not a single initiative — it is a promise. A promise that every child who comes through our doors will leave with more than they arrived with.
More confidence. More knowledge. More direction. More belief in themselves and what is possible for their future.
Through Scholars of Life, we deliver sports programs, tutoring, mentoring, counseling, college preparation, and life skills training in an integrated, coordinated way that treats every young person as a complete human being — not a statistic, not a problem to be solved, but a life to be built.
Sports Programs
